How does Wire-O binding differ from the Spiral binding process?

Wire-O Bound books go through the process of threading separate wire coils through all pages and cover. Although similar in process, spiral binding uses continuous coils that are crimped at the ends.

Why should I choose Wire-O binding over other options?

In addition to working well with most paper stocks, Wire-O binding does a great job of binding small and large page counts. It lays flat when open and flipping through the pages.
